the most significant improvement to
your wellbeing.
Weekly meetings where we assess progress, plan out next steps and get to the core of the beliefs you hold, are the key factors to understanding how and why you experience things in the way you do. Identifying beliefs which do not work for you will be essential in laying the groundwork for a new cognitive approach.
Adapting how you think about life events can only become embedded when you also behave accordingly, so being inquisitive about and making behavioural changes, having regular accountability check-ins, and repetition of the key emotional reasoning for making these changes will be essential for
lasting results.
